We want you to be happy with your Bad Influence Club order. If something isn't right, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Cancellations

As our products are made to order, we don't accept returns simply because an item has been worn, damaged or altered after delivery.

However, if you change your mind about an online purchase, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to applicable UK consumer law.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must return the item within 14 days.

Returned items should be in an appropriate condition for resale. You may handle an item as reasonably necessary to check its size, appearance and quality, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Personalised Items

If an item has been specifically personalised or made to your individual specifications, it may not be eligible for cancellation under the usual 14-day cancellation right, except where the item is faulty, damaged or otherwise does not meet your legal rights.
